Preview dialling is an outbound auto dialling method enabling staff to preview customer profiles, providing information about contacts before the call is made.

How does preview dialling work?

When an agent indicates their availability, information about the next call is sent to the agent for preview. After a set amount of time the number is taken from the system and automatically dialled.
